Defamation action between former Galway mayors settled

A defamation case taken by a former mayor of Galway against another former mayor has been settled. Plaintiff solicitor, Jason O’Sullivan of J.O.S Solicitors, said his client was pleased that his name had been vindicated and the reputational damage he suffered had now been addressed.
